Knights in Action

As Knights, it is our obligation to serve the needs of the Church; it is of paramount importance to strengthen the foundation of Catholic principles and teachings in the hearts and minds of the people we serve, especially the youth. The Order encourages all Brother Knights to get involved in ministry.

Mon 05/16/11 RELICS PILGRIMAGE
Saint James, Perris

The pilgrimage of relics of the Mexican Martyrs are here. This will be a great spiritual experience and a good way to expose the Knights of Columbus to many Catholic men and their families.

We invite as many Knights as possible to attend at least one of the venerations in the area. Many from our parish will attend.

The relics are of six (6) Priests who are deceased brother Knights. These Priests/Knights sacrificed their lives rather than denounce our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is a once in a lifetime experience, so please make every effort to attend with your family.

Sat 05/21/11 American Cancer Society Relay for Life
Great Oak High School

Fighting cancer is a team effort. The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone.

At Relay, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society save more lives from cancer.

By joining or donating to our team, you will be a part of a life-changing event that gives everyone in the community a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that takes too much.

Join the Team!
