Council 9964 officers and committe chairmen meet every second Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in Room L-4 to discuss the back-end planning for major upcoming council activities.

We discuss the activities and service projects on the Council calendar for the current and upcoming months and invite all attendees to offer comments or suggestions on any Council-sponsored function.
